The Samsung Galaxy S26 series will probably launch soon, with current leaks suggesting a February 25 announcement . But while the specs wont be official until then, there have been plenty of leaks and rumors, giving us a good idea of what to expect.

Those, coupled with past form, Samsungs general approach to its Galaxy S phones, and some educated guesses, have allowed us to come up with near-complete specs predictions for all three expected models those being
the Samsung Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26 Plus, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra.

So below, youll find a full overview of all the specs we expect for all three likely Samsung Galaxy S26 series phones, along with a look at the less likely Samsung Galaxy S26 Edge. Samsung Galaxy 26 series specs predictions overview

Before we talk more in detail about the rumored and predicted specs for these phones, below youll find a chart with an overview of what we expect.

This is based on leaked specs coupled with Samsungs usual patterns, and where leaks disagree on specs, the chart below includes those that we think are
most likely.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 was briefly rumored to be called the Samsung Galaxy
S26 Pro , but it seems it will probably skip the Pro moniker, and based on
the rumored specs were not surprised, as it doesnt sound like a vast upgrade on its predecessor.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 then could have a 6.3-inch FHD+ screen with a peak brightness of 2,600 nits and a 120Hz refresh rate. That would largely be a match for the Samsung Galaxy S25 's screen, just slightly bigger.

Its also thought to have the same camera specs as its predecessor, namely a 50MP main snapper, a 12MP ultra-wide, a 10MP 3x telephoto, and a 12MP front-facing camera.

The battery may at least be boosted to 4,300mAh (up from 4,000mAh), but it looks like it will still top out at 25W of charging power, and the phone
could once again have 12GB of RAM, along with 256GB and 512GB storage capacities with the 128GB of the Galaxy S25 possibly being ditched.

Finally, the chipset will probably be upgraded, but theres some disagreement over whether it will have a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 or an Exynos 2600. One likely outcome based on past form is that some regions (including Europe)
will get the Exynos, while others (mostly likely including the US) will get the Snapdragon, but some recent leaks suggest that everywhere except South Korea will get Snapdragon chipsets .

These should both be top-end chipsets though, and we know for sure that the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 is, as its already in some phones.

The specs above were all listed by a reputable leaker , but many of them weve heard from multiple other sources too, so theres a high chance theyre accurate.

Some leaks slightly disagree or add more details earlier reports suggested for example that the telephoto camera might be boosted to 12MP and the ultra-wide camera might be 50MP , though were more inclined to believe the most recent leaks. And while the main camera could stick at 50MP, it might at least use a new sensor . This phone might also offer magnetic wireless charging , which its predecessor doesnt. The Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus might also not be much of an upgrade on its predecessor. In fact, it might hardly have any upgrades at all, with a
massive claimed specs leak suggesting that the main upgrade will simply be a new chipset (with either the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 or Exynos 2600 likely
to be used).

Beyond that, the core specs could be more or less identical to those of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus , including a 6.7-inch 120Hz QHD+ screen with a peak brightness of 2,600 nits, 12GB of RAM, 256GB and 512GB storage
configurations, a 4,900mAh battery with 45W charging, and a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide, a 10MP telephoto (with 3x optical zoom), and a 12MP front-facing camera.

Other leak point to a few other possible upgrades, linked above in the Galaxy S26 section. This includes magnetic wireless charging, a new 12MP telephoto camera, and a new but still 50MP main sensor, but even if all of that pans out, this sounds like just a slight improvement on its predecessor. We can also look at a detailed specs leak from @UniverseIce to get some idea of the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultras likely specs.

According to them, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultras main upgrades will include a new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset which will reportedly be used globally in this phone along with faster 60W charging (up from 45W with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra ), and a new M14 display panel.

That change in panel might lead to improved visuals, but the screen will apparently otherwise be much the same as last year, coming in at 6.9 inches, with a QHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 2,600 nits.

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will also match rather than beat the S25 Ultra
in most other ways according to this leak, including it apparently coming
with a choice of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of storage, a 5,000mAh battery, a 200MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, a 10MP 3x telephoto, a 50MP 5x telephoto, and a 12MP front-facing camera.

They also mention both 12GB and 16GB RAM configurations, which technically
the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra offered too but the 16GB model wasnt available
in most regions, so it remains to be seen whether it will be more widely available this time or not.

Some of the above could be wrong though, especially as some sources disagree with elements of it. Weve elsewhere heard for example that the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra might have a higher capacity 5,200mAh battery or even a 5,400mAh
one , and some sources also suggest it might have an Exynos 2600 chipset in some regions.

Its predecessors 10MP telephoto camera could also be upgraded to 12MP according to one source, and it could have a new lens for its 200MP camera
and perhaps a larger sensor too .

There could also be a larger vapor chamber , and as with the other S26 models it might have magnetic wireless charging. In a more unlikely claim weve also heard that the main camera might have a variable aperture , but were

Right now, its unclear whether there will even be a Samsung Galaxy S26 Edge, with some reports saying it has been canceled , while others suggest it could still arrive.

If it does launch though it probably wont do so until after the rest of the Samsung Galaxy S26 series, and as such specs for this phone are less clear,
so we havent included it in the chart above.

Preliminary leaks though suggest it could have a higher capacity 4,200mAh battery , which would address one of the main weaknesses of the Samsung
Galaxy S25 Edge .
