The answers to today's Strands, game #653, are FUNNY CHARMING BEAUTIFUL SMART KINDHEARTED SPANGRAM: HIGHPRAISE My rating: Hard My score: 2 hints

I labored over this game for longer than average and had to resort to a
couple of hints to make a dent in the search.

Even after getting FUNNY and CHARMING I wasnt sure what the theme let me
count the ways meant, but I figured it was something to do with positive attributes.

It took me until the very end to get the spangram and even then I wasnt sure what it would be until I finished connecting all the letters. Not my greatest game; I hope it was more fun for you. Yesterday's NYT Strands answers
