    Description:
Rhea Seehorn has described the new Apple TV sci-fi show she stars in,
Pluribus, as equal parts terrifying and funny.

    FULL STORY ======================================================================

The new Apple TV show Pluribus has had some baffling teasers in the lead up
to its release on November 7. The series has dropped some intriguing
marketing, including a mysterious phone number that shocked us with its response after calling.

Recent teaser trailers for the show from the creator of Breaking Bad haven't given much away either. In those brief clips, we see Rhea Seehorn's character Carol struggling to adjust to a weird new world she's found herself in, where she seems to be the only woman immune to a strange new virus.

Pluribus marks Rhea Seehorn's second collaboration with the show's creator Vince Gilligan, following her iconic role as Kim Wexler in Better Call Saul , and in an interview with TechRadar she teased what to expect from the new series.

When I asked about her reaction to the script, Seehorn told me: "It's
    bananas, it's bonkers."

"The dark comedy elements that [Vince] was introducing, it's horrifying and terrifying, and yet it made me laugh when I was reading it," she added. "I
was like, 'is there something wrong with me? Is there something wrong with Vince?'. The answer is yes to both of those things, but I was just like, 'I would wanna go on this ride even if I wasn't in it.'"

While the Apple TV show is billed as sci-fi, there's plenty more to dive into and the show does feature some horror, thriller and mystery elements throughout.

"It's bending and twisting tropes, like, you think, 'oh, it's a zombie apocalyptic show', and then it's like, 'no, it's not, no it's not this
either', and that was a lot of fun," Seehorn said.

"And then you start getting the next script and the next script and I was
like, 'where is this going?' I was also like, 'how did that get squished into one hour of television?' It's great. It really is such a journey because
where it starts off, you don't expect it when it ends up, and then you need more."

Episodes of Pluribus will be released weekly on Apple TV until the finale
drops on December 26. While I do love binge watching shows, I think this one
is best savored as each episode will have you on the edge of your seat and asking so many questions.

Start watching Pluribus from November 7 on Apple TV .
