Ok, it came out in November, but I finally got my hands on this! It's great! Tiger makes friends with a Dog, we find more about the cat guru's history,
and there's a battle between people who think that cats should be housecats
and those who think that stray cats can have good lives as well! This is a
lot of fun. It's a manga by the author of Cat + Gamer, which I might have to look into as well...
