  • FreeBSD 15 upgrade using pkgbase

    Hello everybody!

    How did you find the upgrade process to 15.0-RELEASE using pkgbase?

    Have you tried installing it with freebsd-update and using pkgbasify?

    I haven't installed it from pkgbase yet, but I think it'll stay as is. It worked fine with version 14. But with version 15, so far, it's a disaster.

    I don't know if someone with more experience could comment.

    Yes, I used pkgbasify and the upgraded everything.

    Hi.I'll have to mention it to the server admin. But I tried it earlier with a VM and it didn't work; it started having problems halfway through the update. I haven't checked if there's a newer version of the script.I'll try again in a few years :d
