Hi all,
I will be moving this Saturday (August 15, 2015). So, within the next couple days, I will need to take my BBS (Digital Distortion) down while I move my BBS computer over to my new place and then get internet set up at the new place. Hopefully, my BBS will be back up and running Saturday evening or Sunday. I will be moving my internet service to my new address, so hopefully that will go smoothly.
Also, in a couple weeks (August 29), I plan to switch to a different ISP, so there will probably be a temporary interruption in service at that time until my BBS's domain gets its IP address updated. My new internet service at that time will be Frontier (formerly Verizon) Fios 50/50 (50Mbit for both upload and download), so my upload speed will be significantly faster than what it is now (I think my current upload speed, through Comcast, is about 6Mbit).
