    Best of bright and dry weather in west/northwest Europe where high
    pressure is dominant. Showery in the Mediterranean, increasingly so in
    the east, with spells of snow for Scandinavia.

    Monday
    A few showers in eastern and southern Spain. Fine for most of Spain and
    Portugal with plenty of sunshine west. Scattered showers in the
    Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia, though often sunny too. Italy will be
    fair after morning fog clears, then plenty of sunshine. The Balkan
    States, Greece, and TUrkiye will be dry with lots of sunshine too.
    Cool and dry with plenty of sunshine in France, blustery in the north.
    The Low Countries Germany, and Czechia will be cold and cloudy from the
    brisk northerly breeze. Some snow showers affecting east Poland.
    Austria and Hungary will be dry with lots of sunshine too. Switzerland
    is going to be dry and fair as well as cold. Snow in Belarus and
    Ukraine, some early in Romania though becoming sunny with time.
    Windy and cold through the Baltic States with a mix of sunshine and
    wintry showers. Windy too in Finland, cold with scattered snow showers.
    Further snow showers for north and west Sweden with some sunny spells.
    Heavy, frequent snow showers affecting much of northern and western
    Norway, often bright in the far south and in Denmark.

    Tuesday
    Some rain in northern Spain, otherwise fine with sunny spells in
    Iberia. Scattered showers for the central Mediterranean islands and
    Italy, the showers more frequent and heavy south. Bright spells in the
    Balkan States. Increasingly showery in southern Greece, later heavy and
    pushing into western TUrkiye.
    More mixed cloud and sun for France and the Low Countries, some patchy
    rain possible near the coast. Mostly fine and cold in Germany in
    Switzerland, just some patchy snow in southeast Germany and west
    Austria. Patchy snow too in Czechia and Slovakia, more often snowy
    eastern Poland; windy here. A few snow showers in Serbia and Romania
    too but often bright away from the showers.
    More bright and windy weather for Denmark and southern Sweden. Frequent
    heavy snow continues to affect north and west Norway, this slipping
    into central Sweden later in the day. Some snow in southern Finland,

    Rain in Spain, Portugal and northern Italy

    Tuesday
    Often raining in Iberia and over the Balearics, the rain heaviest and
    most persistent in eastern Spain. A broad area of rain lingers over
    Sardinia, Corsica, and western Italy, the rain heavy and incessant in
    northwest Italy, increasingly more widespread across the west coast. A
    risk of strong winds in the central Mediterranean. Some cloud in
    Croatia, but the rest of the Balkan States likely sunny and fine;
    similarly fine in Greece and west TUrkiye.
    Some showery rain in France but decent sunny spells between the rain.
    Patchy rain will drift into the Low Countries. Snow in the southern
    mountains of Switzerland, dry with a mix of cloud and sun for the rest
    of the country and similar conditions in Austria. Most of the northern
    and eastern continent will see a mix of cloud and sun, with the sun
    most abundant from Slovakia/Hungary and eastward towards the Black Sea.
    Likely dry with mixed cloud and sun in Denmark and southern Sweden,
    some patchy rain is possible later in the day. Some rain and snow in
    southwest Norway, spreading north later. Some rain too in central parts
    of Sweden and Finland, mostly dry elsewhere but largely cloudy. Dry too
    in the Baltic States with increasing bright spells from the south.

    Wednesday
    Fair for Portugal and the west of Spain with good spells of sunshine.
    Rain and cloud in eastern areas of Spain. Further rain in the Balearics
    with some showers in Corsica. Showers too in Italy, heavy in the north.
    Greece and Turkey should be dry with decent spells of sunshine to come
    here.
    France will be mostly dry with broken cloud, just an odd shower to the
    south. More fair weather to come through the Low Countries and Germany.
    Poland and Hungary should be dry with good spells of sunshine. Austria
    and Switzerland are mostly dry, just an occasional showers in the
    south.
    Coud and some patchy rain or drizzle in Denmark. The same front will be
    lying across the Baltic States giving cloud and periods of rain here.
    Broken cloud and mostly dry in Finland. Patchy rain and drizzle for the
    far south of Sweden, dry in the north. Showers in western parts of
    Norway, fair for most other areas.
