    Hi everyone,

I hope everyone had an enjoyable New Year celebration. I ate too much food
and was binge watching all 13 Star Trek movies. LOL I did catch the Times Square ball drop via YouTube.

I'm hoping that next year I'll be able to celebrate with friends.

I spent mine preparing the audio transcript for the QCWA Journal.

There has been some buzz on the interwebs that there appeared to be a
glitch with the ball drop. Like maybe they started the countdown too soon
and the actual ball drop didn't appear to be "live"? Wonder if you notice anything peculiar.

I almost missed it.. I forgot it was Christmas last week until I was
up for a while too. New Years eve night I sent out some New Years
eCards via eMail and my Niece phoned me at about 12:45 after they'd
gotten past the ball drop or whatever.. Her kids, 8 and 11, were
    still up causing trouble.. B)

I hope everyone had a good New Year's celebration and best wishes
    for a great 2026..

It's true, Times Square's ball did not drop this year! (LOL)

Whomever I was watching cut to a couple kissing when the ball didn't drop.
