    Dry and bright over Portugal, with sunny spells. Heavy showers for
    eastern Spain, drier further west. A breezy and rather cloudy day for
    France, the Low Countries, Germany, Poland and Denmark with dry
    conditions. Strong winds with heavy rain in northwest for the British
    Isles. Windy for Norway and Sweden with rain for southern parts and
    sleet, snow for the north. Some early snow for Finland and the Baltic
    States, becoming drier later. Outbreaks of sleet and snow for Belarus
    and Ukraine.
    Another dry and bright day for the countries over Central Europe with
    best of brightness for Switzerland and Hungary. Some sunny spells for
    Romania and the Balkans.
    Scattered showers for the Balearics, while Sardinia and Corsica will
    see dry weather with sunny spells. A dry day with plenty of sunshine
    for Italy and Greece. Coastal showers for northern Turkiye, but drier
    brighter in south. Plenty of showers for Cyprus, some on the heavy
    side.
    A dry but cloudy day in Denmark and southern parts of Sweden and
    Norway; snow in central areas. Morning patchy rain in the Baltic States
    will clear for bright spells, though Lithuania may remain cloudy. A

    sunny here. More unsettled west and north, particularly wet in the
    southwest.

    Monday
    Heavy rain affecting western Spain and Portugal on Monday. Showers in
    central Spain but a further areas of rain in the east. This also
    affects the Balearics. Heavy periods of thundery rain later in Sardinia
    and Corsica. Italy will be dry with morning mist and fog. The Balkans,
    Greece, and Türkiye are dry and bright, good spells of sunshine here.

    mostly north and west, but often dry. Mixed cloud and sun for the
    Balkan States. Greece and Turkey should be dry with decent spells of
    sunshine to come here.
    France will be mostly dry with broken cloud, just an odd shower to the
    south, windy in the west and increasingly wet northwest. Early rain in
    the Low Countries and northwest Germany tends to east, some sun
    breaking out. Poland and Hungary should be dry with good spells of

    Widely windy across northern Europe. Extensive rain and snow in central
    and south Norway in the morning soon slips east into Denmark and
    Sweden, snow spreading widely in northern areas and into Finland. South

    Friday
    A band of heavy rain sweeps across Portugal and west Spain, rain more
    scattered east Spain. Scattered showers for the Balearics, Sardinia,
    and Corsica. Showers in northwest Italy too, brighter south. A few
    showers for coastal Croatia, otherwise the Balkan States dry and
    bright. Greece and Türkiye also sunny most of the day.
    Rain sweeps across west and central France, scattered showers in the
    far southeast. This rain extends into the Low Countries and northern
    Germany, tending to ease as the day goes. Often bright/sunny in
    southern Germany and the Alpine countries. Some cloud and patchy rain
    in Slovakia and Hungary, more often sunny towards the Black Sea. Poland
    will be often sunny as well.
    A keen southwesterly wind blows across Denmark and southern parts of
    Norway and Sweden. Early rain in Denmark and Sweden passes into
