Should Ukraine develop its own nuclear weapons?

It is now becoming increasingly clear that the UN no longer has a role in the world. The three major military powers determine the rules with military force and have not recognized the international court in The Hague for a long time. The Trump administration no longer even makes a secret of the fact that it now also works this way in the US.
The US is not going to help Ukraine and Europe must take into account that it will end up at war with the US over Greenland.
Europe must now arm itself very quickly and in the end it is the case that only nuclear weapons make you impossible to occupy. After all, then you can potentially end your enemy's cities in the event of a threatened occupation. That's what it has come to now.
For example, if Ukraine wants to end this war on its terms, it can now consider developing its own nuclear weapons. If successful, Russia can make it clear that Moscow and St. Petersburg will be wiped out if the Russians do not leave Ukraine by a certain date.
However, there are also alternatives and, to be honest, Ukraine has already started to do so... It can also eliminate Russia's ability to use nuclear weapons. Think of the bomber fleet, the submarine fleet and the weapons depots. Although Ukraine does not have nuclear weapons of its own, it is already reducing Russian capacity.
What Russia already did was attack Ukrainian nuclear power plants to increase fear of radiation. Ukraine now has the weapons to do the same to Russia.
If Ukraine is in danger of losing this war, then it should be considered hitting Russia hard on its nuclear power plants, so that Russia itself will suffer enormous and lasting damage that will make it impossible for it to regain itself as a world power within a few generations.
Ukraine is not as weak as it now appears because of Trump. Ukraine is just not showing its strength yet. Maybe it's time to change that and also shake Trump up.
Moscow, meanwhile, is bombing Kiev's hospitals one by one this week. Why should Ukraine continue to fight according to the rules? Putin wants to come across as the dictator for whom nothing horrible is too crazy. Perhaps there should be a leader who is literally like that, that nothing seems too crazy for him. Even the use of self-developed nuclear weapons that will be unleashed on the capital of Russia. North Korea has also managed to get the US back into its fold. In a world as it is now, that is the only way to get Russia, China and the US back into their cage.
