• Protests in Iran

From Joseph Pereira@1:124/5016 to All on Mon Jan 5 09:05:41 2026
People have been protesting in major Iranian cities for days.

People are especially fed up with the depreciation of the local currency. This is causing prices to skyrocket, while inflation is rampant.

Poverty and hunger are increasing. The regime is on the verge of collapse. Even in Iran's holiest city, people are taking to the streets. It's a very conservative city. If they protest even there, it's serious, and those in power know they have a serious problem.

    How to solve this?

A foreign enemy would be useful right now...

The Middle East isn't getting any safer.
