    I guess I might have to rewatch the series.
    At the time I do not rememeber being a big fan, thought the original Naked Gun's were a bit slow and dry. Might have to rewatch them too.

    Oh.. I forgot to ask, because my recollection is that Police Squad was always in color!

    Were any of the eppisodes in B&W?

    Loved PS. My favorite bit was at the end of each episode, the actors would freeze, like it's a still frame, yet everything around them would keep going, all while the credits rolled. Such a shame it only lasted for six episodes.

    No. The "In Color" was taken from late '60s-early '70s shows that would use it in their intros as B&W sets were still very common.

    Its Leslie Neilsen playing that role so cut-n-dry that made the originals so great...
