    Do you have sexyz configured to use stdio or socket I/O in SCFG?

    Is the issue reproducible?

    Socket I/O for all File Transfer Protocols.

    I've only ever seen this issue once, in the logs by a remote user. Never had this issue myself, although I don't tend to use file transfer.

    Not seen the issue happen for other users either that have used file transfer options.
