TXT2DIR converts text listings of files which
have filenames and descriptions on each line,
but no file dates or sizes.  An example of
this format can be seen on the Phoenix 5 CD
in the various *.LST files.  By supplying
this program with the name of the *.LST file
to be converted, the DIR file to create, the
path to locate the actual files in the
listing, and the column for the description,
it will convert the *.LST file to a DIR file.
