files with full Long Filename support and
the ability to change extentions.  Simple
user interface.  Convert names to UPPER,
lower, or Mixed Case.  Great for prepping
files for transfer to a UNIX web site where
case is VERY important.  Although Win95
doesn't care about case, it does store file
names in mixed case.  FileName.txt and
